Mentor2Mission is dedicated to empowering young people aged 12–16 through transformative mentoring programs. Our sessions foster resilience, leadership, and positive values, helping teens navigate challenges, build confidence, and unlock their potential to become inspiring leaders.

Adebiyi Olapegba, a husband, father, and passionate mentor, recently joined MCR Pathways to support young people in UK secondary schools. With a Certificate in Counselling Skills by COSCA and membership in the International Federation of Christian Chaplains, Adebiyi combines compassion, faith, and practical wisdom to guide teens toward purpose and positive change.

Adebiyi has been a life coach for 17+ years and is committed to helping hundreds of teenagers stand strong against negative influences, discover their purpose, and become leaders who inspire hope.

What is the time commitment for the program?
The program runs for 8 weeks, from 18th October to 6th December 2025, with sessions held every Saturday. Each session lasts 1–2 hours, with flexible scheduling for online participants.
What skills will my teen learn?
Teens will develop leadership, resilience, and decision-making skills through personalized mentorship, rooted in faith-based principles, designed to foster confidence and positive influence.
Is the program suitable for non-Christians?
While rooted in Christian principles, the program is open to all teens interested in personal growth and leadership, focusing on universal values like purpose and resilience.
